We are recruiting for the following positions; General Practitioner, Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Health Care Assistant.
The practice has a patient population of circa 15,500 and services are provided by a multidisciplinary team consisting of GPs, Pharmacists, Paramedics, Physicians Associates and administrative support staff.
We will support the development of any specialist interests our team may have.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding team.The Mandeville Practice has been transformed since PCMS were awarded the contract in April 2018.
We have aspirations to further develop the practice and currently, the practice is involved in research, and we are hoping to once again become a training practice in the near future.

We are looking for a GP to work eight sessions, however, we will consider applicants who wish to work more or less sessions per week.
Embracing the 5YFV, the clinical team is well supported by Allied Health Professionals:
2 x Advanced Nurse Practitioners
2 x Practice Based Clinical Pharmacists
1 x Physicians Associate
1 x Practice Based Paramedic Practitioner
1 x Specialist Matron – Elderly Care Nurse
GPs receive strong support from the MDT and PCMS will ensure the successful applicant receives; half a day each month PLT (Protected Learning Time), sessions for CPD and Mandatory training and support for the development of any special interests.

The ANP will work as an autonomous practitioner, delivering care within their scope of practice to the entitled patient population. Additionally, the ANP will support the MDT in a number of clinical areas such as health promotion, chronic disease management, health prevention, well women and well man clinics, as well as supporting the management team in the reviewing and implementation of clinical policy and procedure.
